Cleaning FAQs

Answers To Frequently Asked Questions

How Long Will It Take To Dry?

How Long Will It Take To Dry?
Usually 3-5 hours.

How long will it take to clean our Hard Floors and Carpet

We can generally clean 800 to 1,000 sq. ft. per hour unless problem areas require specialized attention.  Our patented high pressure enclosed rotary steam extraction tools allow us to clean FAST!  With our state-of-the-art process, carpets are commonly dry with two to four hours.

Do You Clean and Polish Marble Floors and Countertops?

We do clean and polish marble floors. We recently cleaned approximately 2,000 sq. ft. of marble floor for a large automobile dealer in Newport News, VA.

How long will it take hard surfaces and floors to dry?

Hard surfaces will be dry when we leave! Our vacuums are so powerful that most carpets are dry in a couple of hours, depending on air-flow, temperature and humidity. You can be assured that your carpet will be dry when your employees return to work.

How do you clean Tile & Grout?

Tile and grout require a slower pass so they take longer than carpet. We pre-spray the tile and grout with highly efficient cleaner and allow the cleaner to work for up to 15 minutes. If necessary, we brush the porous grout and then apply rotary steam and vacuum off the residue into a holding tank on the truck. The tile and grout are almost instantly dry and the tile and grout are dramatically cleaner.

Do you move equipment or furniture?

Yes. We move what one person can reasonably move by themselves when we clean. We do not move really heavy or delicate items like expensive electronics, cabinets, pool tables, display cases, cars.

Do I need to prepare the carpet first?

Your people don’t need to vacuum, we will take care of that.

What can we do to keep the floors clean?

It is important to remove the source of the soil. A white showroom floor will not stay clean for six months if there is heavy foot traffic from service bays. We can economically clean the source of the soil to keep your service bays and showrooms looking cleaner, longer. Our Liberator coatings can substantially reduce periodic cleanings!
